Introduction

In our introductory course you will learn the concepts of project management and the phases involved. You will understand how to include and manipulate the tasks required as well as the resources available to complete these tasks. You will build basic projects and problem solve them as delays and other incidences occur. This course is entirely hands on and the tracking and reporting capabilities will be explored giving you the skill to return to work and begin building your own projects with Microsoft Project.
